Programs & Pricing

At Principle Fitness, we offer premium coaching services for the athlete looking to achieve their best.  You do not have to be an elite athlete.  You only need to the desire to achieve and a taste for high quality service.

Different clients have different interactive needs.  In order to meet those needs, you may choose from any of three options:  Basic, Interactive and Full Access.  You may change your level service at any time.

While we do not offer VO2 Max Testing, we highly recommend it as a means to establish heart rate training zones and test the effectiveness of your training.  For that reason we encourage you to take advantage of our VO2 Max Testing Credit Program.  For information on this type of testing in the metro DC/Baltimore area, visit the Triathlon Academy website.

On a budget?  We also offer single serving 12- or 16-Week training programs.


Start Up Fee:  $100

  • Initial Questionnaire and Consultation

  • Principle Fitness Handbook  

  • All programs require a 3 month minimum commitment.

Basic Package:  $120 per month

  • Custom four week schedule of workouts

  • Weekly access via e-mail only

  • Monthly 30 minute phone consultation  (client initiated)

  • Nutrition Plan for target race

  • Annual Macro Plan (w/ six month agreement)  

  • $30 credit for VO2 Max Testing

Interactive Package:  $180 per month

  • Custom four week schedule of workouts

  • Weekly phone access

  • Unlimited e-mail access

  • Two consultations or one 60 minute consultation, phone or in-person (client initiated)

  • Nutrition Plan for target race(s)

  • Annual Macro Plan (w/ six month agreement)  

  • Two $30 credits annually for VO2 Max Testing

Full Access Package:  $270 per month

  • Custom four week schedule of workouts

  • Full phone access with four working hours turnaround

  • Unlimited e-mail access

  • Weekly consultations and training log reviews (coach initiated)

  • Nutrition Plan for target race(s)

  • Annual Macro Plan (w/ six month agreement)

  • Four $30 credits annually for VO2 Max Testing

 Additional Services:

  • Weekend with Your Coach:  $300.
    Your coach will spend a weekend testing, teaching, training and developing technique with you.

  • Annual Macro Plan:  $100
    High level overview of the year's preparation for important events and how you can expect your training to develop throughout the season.

  • 1-on-1 Lessons/Consultations:  $80 per hour.  Packages are available!

Discounts Available:

  • VO2 Max Testing Credit Program:  Present your coach with the results from a professional metabolic analyzer test, and receive a credit on your following month.  The test must be performed while you are client of Principle Fitness.

  • 5% Discount when you pay for three months

  • 15% Discount when you pay for six months

  • $10 per month discount off Fairfax Area Aquatics Team pricing.

Single serving programs offer one 12- or 16-week schedule of workouts.  Great for those athletes training for a single race and living on a budget!

You will receive:

  • 20 minute initial phone consultation
  • 12 or 16 week program with full detail of workouts
  • Monthly e-mail interaction with your coach
  • Pre-event phone consultation with your coach
  • Competitive nutrition plan for your target race

12 Week Program:  $300
16 Week Program:  $400
