Well I personally like Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time. It is one of my favorite games. It is definitely my favorite action/rpg. But my absolute favorite right now is Metal Gear Solid 2 Sons of Liberty. I think it is definitely one of the best games on PS2. There are also some other great games like Xenosaga: Der Wille Zur Macht, Soul Caliber 2, and of course you can't forget Madden NFL 2004. All these games are amoung my top 20. If you have the chance you should definitely check them out.
