Sorrow deep and frightening
tears so far inside of me
waterfalls that cannot cry
ceaselessly they run and fall
drowning into dark forevers
sadness of the never evers
tragic loss no hope no soul
frozen fears so real so cold
despair is life is love & hate
find no escape there is no fate
... one hour after next
no calm no tide come bringing rest
the icy breath is all I feel
disaster snapping at my heel
no place to heal a wretched soul
