HYDE PARK SUBLET WITH OPTION TO RENEW

I have a great 1bedroom apartment in Hyde Park that I am looking to sublet from July 15th (I am flexible on this date) to August 31, after which you will have the option to renew the lease. It is in a great location with a easy commute to downtown. From the apartment, it is 12 minutes to the Randolph Street Station in the loop on Metra. You can also take the #6 or #2 to the loop (about 15-20 mins). Also close to the #172, which goes to the University of Chicago, including stops in front of the law school and the business school. The stop for the 172 is the first stop on the route, which means that it is not only on time every morning, but you will always have a seat (unlike your classmates later on the route). Both the Metra station and the CTA bus stop is less than two blocks away. It is close to the restaurants and shops on 53rd, 55th, and 57th. It is a block away from the 49th street beach, Lake Michigan, and Burnham Park. The location also offers easy access to Lake Shore Drive (47th Street on Ramp, 50th Street off ramp), on which the loop is only 5-10 minutes away. The apartment has great views of the city and the lake. I also have a parking space available if you are going to have a car. The building has laundry in the basement and a health club in an adjacent building that you can use for free. The apartment has wall to wall carpeting, is very spacious and has tons of closet space and a lot of natural light. Heat is also included in the rent and the apartment stays very warm in the winter. Right now, the apartment has extended basic cable and DSL. You can sublet the apartment for $600 per month (plus $85 per month for parking). If you want to renew the lease, your rent will be $822 per month, plus parking. Again, this apartment is ideal for someone studying at the University of Chicago or people who will be working the in loop.
