The staff at Holgate Branch Library of the Multnomah County Library system in Oregon recently wrapped up their Workflow Redesign Project. The intent of this website is to demonstrate the ergonomic improvements and those made in efficiency. We hope this information will assist other libraries in the unending search for improvement.
