Create the Client’s head office.

I. Overview:

In this step, you will create a listing in the database for the client’s head office.

II. Navigation:

  1. Move the mouse arrow to “Control Panel” in the menu at the top of the page.
  2. In the scroll-down menu, move the arrow over “Clients”, then click on “Head Office.”
  3. Click on “New Head Office.”
  4. Click “Next” on the New Client Wizard screen.
  5. Fill out the information for the Client’s head office. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required and may not be left blank.
  6. The billing contact is usually the Client’s accounts payable department, or the name of the appropriate person in accounts payable.
  7. If the Client would like to have a logo displayed at the head of their Satisfaction Services user page, enter the appropriate file name into the “Logo Filename” text field.
  8. A limit on visits by a certain evaluator in a time period can be set in the “Min Days Rep Visits” text field. The default is 90 days. This means that the same evaluator cannot evaluate a Client’s location more than once in a 90-day period. To change the time period, enter the number of days into the text field.
  9. Click “Submit.”
