Hello Everyone. I started this site as a way for family and friends to be involved in my fight for court-ordered child support for my three beautiful children, Taylor, Connor & Kelly. Their father, David J., has failed pay his court-ordered child support of $3,040.00 per month, and because of this, my three children and I are destitute. I am hoping that by putting this site on the web others will take a look into my world and see the injustices that are occuring to my children. I left my marriage because of years of verbal and mental abuse, and didn't want my children to be raised in such a toxic environment. Because of my ending the marriage, my husband decided to destroy me, and to "never pay me one cent". At the time we separated, I was living a nice lifestyle. We had a nice big home, that we had owned for 7 years. I drove a nice, safe car, and had all the daily needs met for our three children. Since the separation, the family home was lost to foreclosure, and my car was repossessed. Luckily I was able to move in with my mother, because otherwise we would be homeless. We have been to court, and child support has been ordered. However, because David J. is self-employed, his finances are a secret, and there is no way to attach to his wages, which is the way child support is normally collected in California.
