Interviews

I don't know if you can call these interviews more than just a couple questions by mail.

Eric Thomas

1.Was there another team that you had hoped would draft you? If so, why? The Boston Red Sox. Because I grew up in Mass. watching them play at Fenway Park.

2. What is the biggest thrill about playing pro ball? Playing the best competition with the chance to play in the majors.

3. Who do you dream about pitching against once youv'e reached the majors? I want to pitch against the best hitter at the time. Now would be Barry Bonds or Albert Pujols.

4. How do you feel about pitching inside to guys, knowing the controversy going around baseball these days? I personally feel that that is my space in there, and if they are crowding it, it's my right to back them off

5. Have you ever tried to copy your game after any certain player? There have been many influences. The first was Roger Clemens. There was Nolan Ryan, Randy Johnson. Currently, Matt Morris is close to how I pitch, with his curveball.

Thanks for your valuable time answering these questions, I appreciate it very much. No problem. Good luck!
