First off, I hope everyone likes the new design. There are quite a few new pages this year compared to last year's site, so please take a look around and use every opportunity you have to take advantage of every page. Don't make our hard work it took in making the site go to waste.
Now, let me take a moment to tell you about everything that you can find on the site...
Just above, is the coaches archive. Every player has a profile where you can read up on that player (just click their name) and if you scroll down, while in their profile, you can view their weekly picks from the beginning to end of the season. If you haven't yet submmited your profile information, take a look at how they're done, and if you'd like to summit the information and/or picture to me; you can, by either e-mail or on the forum. Almost every page on the site has my e-mail addy at the bottom, just in case you ever need it. The coaches archive is also extremely useful, not only can you follow the entire league with us, you can also look for some patterns in some player's picks. hmmmmm? Isn't that interesting?!?
I really hope everyone uses the site's features, especially the link above called The Forum. This is where everyone in the league has a chance to meet, talk, argue and trash talk. If you haven't yet introduced yourself to the league, please go to the forum and reply to the post, "introduce yourself"... right now, go on! Get some conversation circling, and try to participate whenever you get a chance. Some good topics will come up , you should start some. Also this is where we will post if we are going to be getting together to play a game together or chill out and watch a game at a bar or something, so be sure to check it out regularly.
If you go in the winners section, you can see who won the weekly prize of 50 bucks from weeks 1 through week 17. Also if you click on the name of player who won the week you can see how you faired against the rest of the league for that week.
The links section might have some resourceful information. You can read columns at other sites to see what they predict or research for some interesting tid-bits you might be able to use in making your picks. You can also look at last year's site
and see how much this one has improved. HaHa, well, at least in my opinion. Go check it out.
If you want to know who is doing what in the NFL, click on the NFL Standings link. This is a very useful link. You can find out how a team does against a certain division, how they are on the road, and even who's hot!
In the poll zone, you can help decide who will win what awards this year, as voted among whoever visits our site. You can also help vote for our all star players, where we see who are the most liked players by this site, so go vote, if you got the time. Remember, you can vote as many times you want per day, so if you want your player to win , keep voting.
Next up, is the section:
Off Season Transactions . This is where you can find out where free agents wound up, you can even check out their career stats. In this link, you can also see coaching moves, and catch up on each round of the draft.
Last but defiantly not least, is the RULES
section. Carefully go over this section and please read everything and understand all of it. This is the most important section. Know the rules.
