- Heavy Weights with less repitions help you grow in bulk
- Light Weights help you tone down
- You gotta understand your body...IF your muscles are protesting you probably need a break.
- If you cannot workout daily,even thrice a week will suffice
- Though you will notice an immediate change for the better in your health both mentally and physically a perfect body takes a couple of years to develop
