Academic Year
Lincoln University ON-LINE is available for student enrollment 365 days a year. ON-LINE services can be accessed day or night at the students convenience.
Office Hours
The University Offices are closed on all Federal holidays. Office hours are 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. (Eastern Time).

Sexual Harrassment Policy
Whether verbal or physical, in person or by telephone, sexual harassment is an act of aggression. The University encourages students and employees to confront sexual harasses, to report incidents and/or to seek advice and assistance. Lincoln University has both a moral and legal obligation to investigate all complaints of sexual harassment and to pursue sanctions when warranted.
Student Grievance Procedures
A student wishing to make a complaint against a faculty member, employee or another student regarding an alleged wrong should register that complaint with the University President's Office. He will then refer or direct the complaint to the appropriate University official. On making the complaint, the student will be advised of the next step, depending on the nature of the complaint. The first step would be to attempt to resolve the complaint informally. If the complaint is resolved satisfactorily to all parties concerned, then the case shall be closed, with a written notice to that effect sent to the complaintant and the respondent. If no informal resolution is possible, and the student wishes to pursue the complaint, the grievance will be referred to an Ombudsman such as the Better Business Bureau. The decision of the Ombudsman will be final and both parties to the complaint will be notified.
Termination of Enrollment
Lincoln University may terminate a student's enrollment for any of the following reasons:
Falsifying information on the application or any other document makes a student subject to immediate termination.
Cheating. Any student altering the results of the mid-term examination or final examination or plagiarizing their final research paper will be terminated.,br>
Students are allowed to take an examination three times, students who do not pass on the third time are subject to termination.
Failure to progress through the assigned course work and research requirements within a reasonable period of time will subject the student to termination.
Non-payment of tuition.
Library Services
Students are encouraged to join local public libraries. Students can access ON-LINE library services available on Internet and World Wide Web (WWW). For example, the New York Public Library's data system is open to any one and free. Search for New York Public Library on the WWW. Many data bank research services are available to students at local community colleges and public and private universities for a small fee.
