Aight, i got my 9500pro back from RMA and here the super results:

Clock Speeds on my AMD Athlon XP 1700+ DLT3C JIUHB 310WPMW with a Thermalright SK-7 and a 48cfm fan:
I was really surprised that the 9500pro clocked so high because my previous one only went up 350 on the core and 297 on the mem. I guess since this is a newer card, since i just recieved it form ATi, that maybe they have either developed a little cooler core, or have imporved the thermal transfer between the core and the heatsink. Also with this OC i used Omega's drivers based on the Catalyst 3.8's, which unlock the clock speeds whereas before i had to flash the 9500 with Warp11's fixed BIOS to get the unlocked clocks. Also the memory was a lot higher than most people on the Rage3D messageboards. The highest Ive seen on there was 320 by someone who i believed did a VDD voltage mod which i have not done. This is strange because the RAM is Infineon 3.3ns, the same RAM that I had last time. Also 3.3ns denotes a clockspeed of 303mhz, so 324 is a large improvement over that for stock cooling. With some Ramsinks i could possibly achieve 335mhz. Also 384mhz on the core is the highest Ive seen on an unmodded 9500pro and even some modded ones only achieve 375mhz
