FREE ESTIMATE OF COSTS: Once you give us a clear description of the work you want done, we will give you a free estimate of the costs.
TERMS: Once we come to terms on the typing project, one-half of the fees must be paid before we start the job.
FEES: Our fees range from $1.85 per page to $15.00 per page, depending on factors such as:
The condition of the submitted material;
The complexity of the project;
Amount of editing involved, and to what degree;
Whether or not chemical structures or other items must be hand drawn;
Whether images, clip art, or other items must be downloaded from computer resources;
The urgency of the project;
The number of pages, paper size, spacing, margins, print size, and other factors;
Factors not mentioned above, or a combination of any or all of the above.

CHANGES: If you make changes after commencement of the work, we will give you an estimate of the costs. We will correct all errors or omissions due to our fault at no cost to you.

**Note: While any font and page formatting may be used, the per page rate is based on an 8 1/2 x 11 single spaced paper with 1-inch margins, using a 12 pt. pitch new courier typestyle/font.**
