Guidelines for Pot Luck Bidders are as follows:

1. A guild member can only win one Pot Luck trade per day, per trader, unless otherwise specified. For example: A PLTrader may state on their trades; One per week per member please.
   
2. Each bidder should check the 'Wish List' section of the Pot Luck trade their bidding on to see if it is for Baby Angels and up.
   
3. Any additional donations received are greatly appreciated and may go to any of the following: Pot Luck trades, SOF Free Shops, or the Money Tree.
   
4. If you do not win on a trade that you have bid on, please feel free to bid on another trade until you win one.

Eligibility Requirements for Pot Luck Traders:

1. You must be a member of the guild for more than one month.
   
2. Your guild rank must be of a BABY ANGEL or above.
   
3. The guestbook and list is updated at least once per week. You will receive a 'welcome' neomail when your name has been added.
4. You MUST be able to recieve neomails to be a PLTrader. If I can not neomail you, I will not approve your application.
   
5. The trades have to be of some value. This means NO JUNK.
   

Guidelines for Pot Luck Traders:

1. Be sure to specify any guidelines that you have for your trades, such as one per person per week, or if the PLT is for a specific rank.
2. Occasionally, additional donations are submitted. Therefore, you should keep a daily listing of your pot luck trades, who bids on them, their guild rank, and their bid.
   
3. NOTE: Please, do NOT ask for donations from the guild. This is a free service from you to guild members.
   
4. It is fair to accept the first offer you get on a trade lot but as they are your items, do as you wish. In other words, a PLTrader has the right to accept or reject any offers.
   
5. All PLTraders must apply and be approved by me before making PLTrade lots available. You will recieve a welcome neomail when you've been approved.
   
6. If at any time I find your account has not been logged into for 14 days or more, you will be removed from PLT's without notice. We DO check for PLT's and account activity.

Important Notice To All Pot Luck Traders

We are no longer allowed to put the guild's name in the wishlist of our trades.
Here are some examples of what you can put in the wishlist:

• pot luck trade, one per person per week
• pot luck trade for 'rank (ie:baby angels)' and above, one per person per week.
• pot luck trade for 'rank', one per person per week.

Remember to check and make sure that it is a guild member when you're accepting a bid, as this is still a guild service for it's members. If you have any questions, feel free to neomail one of us.

Faerie Points for Pot Luck Trades

You can now receive faerie points just for being a pot luck trader!
If one of the managers catches you with pot luck trades up that follow the guidelines you will be credited with 5 faerie points!
Remember that junk items will not count.
