04 / 07 / 08 Semi-sorta update. Me and Rad ED are still fooling around together, but now on Halo 3. It's a shame the AvP online community is pretty much dead at this point, but hopefully with the impending release of Aliens: Colonial Marines for the 360, some Alien-killing fun will resume, at least for me and him. ;P I know I keep promising updates and then not delivering, but things often get in the way. My hope is to do some screenshot capturing, perhaps when I am without internet for the next few days, and hopefully update then. I still haven't bought AvP: Requiem either because I'm stupid.
12 / 21 / 07 A year without an update :P But things are still happening in the AvP world! In fact, in three days the second AvP movie will be released! Also, there is indeed ANOTHER AvP game out there.. and it's a good thing my boyfriend has a PSP so I can get it and play it. ;) As soon as I get it I will work towards writing a guide for it. 12 / 11 / 06 This update proves that I STILL CARE ABOUT THIS SITE! ;) The good news is, I've finally managed a way to capture screenshots of the PS2 games, mainly AvP: Extinction and Predator: CJ. As this is exam week, I'll be too busy to update immediately, but expect to see some updates fairly soon.
A lot of the reasons why I haven't been able to update are because there's nothing new in the AvP world! Luckily, though, rumor has been leaking out about a possible THIRD AvP game!! The only bad news is it'll be a while before it's released (and if), and then it'll be even longer until it's ported to Mac! But you know that through it all, this site will try to stay up-to-date with all things AvP!
8 / 6 / 06 I know, I don't update much anymore, but that doesn't mean I'm not around! :) I've gotten plenty of emails about my FAQs posted on various sites, and I'm still quick to answer them. I still have some of the individual Alien and Predator games to work on as well, and the eventual release of the AvP2 movie. I've altered the AvP comics page to now show the cover art of each of the comic books. I also added my own section which shows which comics I have. Lastly, I fixed many of the AvP arcade and Aliens arcade gifs. Now they have transparent backgrounds, so you can use them freely on your own sites. Just make sure to credit and link to this site if you do! And.. Happy 3 year anniversary to Hippie Chick's AvP Website!!!

11 / 25 / 05 The lack of updates are mostly due to the fact that I recently bought Katamari Damacy. :) However, I do have a quick update. I have submitted a downloadable FAQ / Walkthrough of Aliens vs Predator to ign.com, 1up.com, and gamefaqs.com. Hopefully they'll help bring more traffic to the site too! I plan on doing all my AvP walkthroughs this way, and will soon start on AvP2.
11 / 9 / 05 Added a counter to the bottom of the main page, started working on the Aliens: Thanatos Encounter walkthrough. In Fun Stuff, I changed the Alien Quadrilogy page to include the DVDs of all the Alien and Predator movies. Right now, I only have the Alien Quadrilogy and AvP on DVD, but I'm hoping to buy the Predator movies soon enough, and also the AvP unrated DVD, once that comes out.
11 / 8 / 05 Woah, I'm actually doing a REAL update! :) I put the AvP2 instruction book up in the Walkthrough section, and made some modifications to the AvP and Concrete Jungle instruction books. Also, I added the Alien / Predator Games section to Walkthroughs, but the only working links inside are for the Aliens Arcade game and Alien Resurrection.
10 / 31 / 05 Happy Halloween! Long time, no update, I know, I'm a lazy, lazy college student. Well I finally got off my butt long enough to start the AvP: The Last Of His Clan walkthrough, which has now been added to the Walkthrough page. It's not complete at all, mostly because this game is really lame and hard to beat. ;) I'll get it finished, and I'm still working on doing the solo Alien / Predator games.
9 / 20 / 05 I found two (retro) AvP games I forgot to add on this site! The first is the Aliens vs. Predator Atari Jaguar game. I have the ROM for this (and will probably put it up for downloading as well), but the problem is I can't find an emulator to play it on. If anyone knows where to get an Atari Jaguar emulator for Mac, please email me at TRblastoff@bellsouth.net. The second game is Aliens vs. Predator: The Last Of His Clan, for Gameboy (not Color, not Advanced, just regular ol' Gameboy). It's really really bad.. heheheh.. but well it's still an AvP game! At least these will give me something to do as far as updates for this site.
9 / 4 / 05 Changed the layout of the front page! For those of you on computers with higher resolutions, some of the backgrounds of images showed up as a dark red color, not black. Well that has been fixed, and I made them in a different font too! We are also now back to three news updates on the home page. So, this site is now over two years old, and I am now nineteen years old, and I go to college at Florida Tech! I am finding it hard to update this site ever since I finished the walkthroughs, and I am hoping the release of another AvP game will get it started up here. But honestly, I have turned my attention to new websites, concerning my crime fighting guinea pig Black Ninja and Pokémon (yes you heard me right). My updates will be a bit sporadic for a while. I still plan on editing some sprites to get rid of that annoying dark red color, and some other things.
8 / 3 / 05 Whoop! Now the entire AvP: Extinction walkthrough is up! Three cheers for me for getting all the walkthroughs up. Well except that pesky AvP Marine Bonus 5, just forget about that one. :) I also added a new section to Fun Stuff called AvP Comics! Go check it out and see all the cool Alien and Predator comics there are, plus all of the weird crossovers (who would have thought of Tarzan vs. Predator, I don't know). As for what future updates? Well I'm going to change the front page a little bit, but really I'm not sure. Because the games make up the majority of this site, I would like to start branching out to include Aliens only and Predators only games. Also, there may be an Aliens vs. Predator Gameboy Advanced game coming out..? By the way, my birthday is August 31st. ;)
7 / 31 / 05 Well now the whole Predator campaign for AvP: Extinction is up! Plus, I have edited the AvP Arcade, Aliens Arcade, and AvP SNES sections as well. I also put up the AvP: Extinction instruction book, and pretty soon I'll have the AvP2 instruction book up as well. P.S. I have two weeks until I move out into college. :)
7 / 29 / 05 The entire Alien walkthrough for AvP: Extinction is now up. I even drew maps of the levels to help you out. I'll work to get the Predator and Marine levels up soon. When that is done I'm not sure what I'll have to update! By then I will probably get to working on games that are specific to the individual genres of Alien and Predator. Also, there is finally a new Pic Of The Week up that is a picture I drew. I also added it to the AvP Art section.
7 / 27 / 05 I completely revamped the Multiplayer section so it's more organized, and now contains information on playing AvP2 multiplayer. I also moved the FAQ to another page. I took out the pictures because they were just clogging the page up. I also made minor changes to the species information pages and the AvP2 Cheats section.

7 / 21 / 05 The Predator: Concrete Jungle walkthroughs up to level 13 have been added. I'm still working on the others, and yes, the AvP: Extinction walkthrough is on hold for a while until I finish this one. I tweaked with the AvP2 and AvP: E walkthrough sections a bit, and added the Cheats sections for both those games. I also saw Predator 2 not very long ago, and I liked it! The plot of that movie was very similar to the Predator: CJ plot. I need to buy the Predator movies on DVD now, to make my AvP movie collection complete.
7 / 15 / 05 I completely reorganized the AvP Art section, and added TONS of new art! Go check it out and enjoy! I haven't been working much on Concrete Jungle at all, unfortunately. I've got exactly one month until I move into college so I'm a bit preoccupied with that. However, I will try to get my butt in gear and finish that!

To celebrate, I added the Weapons and Trophies sections to the Concrete Jungle walkthrough page, as well as walkthroughs for the first three levels! I'll have the whole thing up before you know it. And on one last note.. can you believe this site is almost two years old? I will have to think of something special for this site's second year anniversary!
6 / 17 / 05 I started putting up the Predator: Concrete Jungle stuff. I think it's good enough to add to the site since it does consist of Aliens, Predators, and humans.. it basically is an AvP game! I'm only on level 10 of the game myself, but once I am done I will look into creating walkthroughs for the levels and for getting the weapons and upgrades.
6 / 15 / 05 Well check it out folks, the ENTIRE walkthrough for AvP2 is all up! Yup, that's all Alien, Predator, and Marine levels! In other news, I bought a recently released game, Predator: Concrete Jungle! If you are a fan of the AvP series you will definitely love this game, as you play a Predator hunting in a city not unlike New York! Because it definitely does fit into the AvP genre (you do have to fight some Aliens in this game as well as humans), I may end up adding it to this site and writing a walkthrough for it! I'm having a surgery on Monday, so I will be out of comission for a while! Wish me luck!

I might as well change the name of that to Pic Of The Whenever I Feel Like It.. :) I also totally changed the species pages to include the weapons and things from AvP2!
5 / 30 / 05 I am kicking the asses of these walkthroughs. :) I now also have the complete Predator walkthrough for AvP2 up! So all that is left is the Marine walkthrough, which I am working on! However, the Marine missions have a lot more plot-based information in them than the Predator and Alien missions, so it may take a bit longer. Then I will get back on the AvP:E walkthoughs. I also tried taking some screenshots of the AvP movie, but I had some trouble. So I'm working on that now. Also, on a side note, anybody hear they're going to do a sequel movie to AvP? 5 / 26 / 05 Change in plans! I actually updates today and now the complete Alien walkthrough for AvP2 is up, as well as the first level in the Predator walkthrough! Me being bedridden and being high on painkiller drugs has increased my desire to write these things up. :) I should have them all up before you know it! Oh yeah, and one new song in the music section from the Halo 2 soundtrack.
5 / 25 / 05 Okay, I've beaten all the levels of AvP2, and completed the first two Alien level walkthroughs. However, I've decided to hold back on putting them up yet as there are still some plot points that I have to go over once I have all the walkthroughs written up. Luckily for me (well not really) I had to get a cyst lanced, and soon I'll have to go to the hospital to get it removed, so it should give me a lot of time in bed to work on it! I went ahead and edited the AvP Walkthrough section in preparation for the walkthroughs as well. I should have the cheats section up shortly.
5 / 22 / 05 Well I've graduated high school! I also got my laptop, and with the wireless connection I have at my house, it's making updating much easier for me! I went back to playing AvP2 and finished the Alien and Predator campaigns, and the first level of the Marine campaign. I'm also halfway done with a walkthrough for the first Alien mission, so those will be up eventually. I've just been a bit distracted with my newest games: Unreal Tournament and Halo. :)

4 / 16 / 05 I just have one thing to say... AvP2 is awesome!! Yes that's right, I finally got it and have been playing it for a very long time since! I even managed to beat the Alien levels and play a few multiplayer games online! And I have screeeenshots! I'm having a little trouble getting the screenshots up, but I do have a new Pic Of The Week (from AvP2 of course!) and my very first AvP2 multiplayer score! It'll be a long time coming before I get walkthroughs for it done. It was definitely worth every cent!

Yes it's only for OS X, and yes I'm still running on an OS 9, but I will be getting that lappy for college with OS X, plus I still have the eMac! Expect to see a crazy update once I start playing that! :)
3 / 25 / 05 Alien Resurrection is here! Well not really, only a few screenshots from the opening CG, but I'm working on it! The game is actually really hard. The updated Pic Of The Week is from the game, and it is true. It's very scary playing it in the dark!
Also added some more songs to the AvP Playlist, several instrumental pieces from Matrix Revolutions that are fantastic for killing by (especially "Burly Brawl"!).
3 / 12 / 05 I know, I know, long time without an update, but I will have quite a few coming up soon! First of all, I bought AvP: Extinction for PS2! It's very cool, and I am diligently working on a walkthrough for all the campaigns, as well as trying to figure out how to take screenshots of it! I also got Alien Resurrection for PS, but that's another story. :)
Second, I completely revamped the Walkthroughs section of the site to make room for AvP: Extinction (and AvP2, once I get that). The SNES and Arcade stuff is still messy, but I'm working on finishing it.
Lastly, I have a crapload of new art to put up, I just need to find a place to host the images! Oh, and I will have a new Pic Of The Eon Week up later today.. ;) I can tell you it is art related!!

This one is called AvP: The Movie, dedicated to the greatest movie EVER! In it, I analyze scenes from the trailers and try to piece together possibilities that might happen in the movie. It will be updated when (and if) more trailers are released, and yet again after I see the movie on August 13th! :)
6 / 25 / 04 I couldn't resist putting this up. :) I'm working on a special page dedicated to the AvP movie and I will analyze the reasons as to why Aliens might win, or as to why Predators might win. Added a few new songs to the AvP playlist.
6 / 23 / 04 I added two new pieces to AvP Art, and I'm working on a rather mature AvP comic that I may or may not post. :) I also added mp3 downloads to most of the songs in the AvP Music section, and the rest are coming shortly! Remember, if you've got a good song to kill by, feel free to add it!
6 / 22 / 04 I updated the AvP Music section with a few of my own songs as well as the ones others had suggested to me. I also changed the way the songs are listed so it looks a little more organized. Then I put up the AvP Instruction Booklet.. you know, the one that comes with the game! I typed it up and added it to the Walkthroughs section, if you'd like to go see it.
6 / 20 / 04 Well, I got my hands on the Capcom Aliens vs Predator arcade game! So, of course, this update has plenty of new things from that game! Go check out AvP Arcade to follow the adventures of Hippie Chick the Predator Hunter! You may also notice that I've updated the Pic of the Week a day early, and it's a little different this week! :)
6 / 19 / 04 I added cool music to each of the individual species' information pages! We've got the theme from Predator, the theme from Aliens, and the Marines' Hymn. :) And this site may soon be expanding! I recently got my hands on the Super Nintendo game based on Alien 3, and it's pretty cool! Now I'm trying to grab a rom of the Aliens vs Predator arcade version.. if anyone knows of a good place to download it, let me know! Oh yeah, and I went to the movies today and marvelled the 10 x 10 foot AvP promotional cut-out! :)
6 / 17 / 04 Another new section was added to Fun Stuff today! It's called AvP Music: a listing of great tunes for you to kill (or be killed) by! You can even submit your own tunes to be put up! I also put up all the bonus level walkthroughs, expect for Marine Bonus 5, and it probably won't be up for some time. That's right.. I beat all the Predator missions on Director's Cut!! :) I have been searching for a site that will host my movies, but so far I've been pretty unsucessful. However, I might consider uploading them to LimeWire for downloading. LimeWire is a program like Napster, used for fire sharing. If I do upload them there, the download times will be a lot slower, but at least you'll be able to see them.
6 / 15 / 04 Don't worry! I'm aware that a lot of the pictures on the site won't load now. This is because of some problems photobucket.com, the site I use to host my images, has been having. They say the problem will be corrected in a day or two, so the images will be back then! Update! They seem to be back up now. :)
6 / 14 / 04 I know I said this would be a silent update, but I changed my mind, as I added some extra stuff. :) I did put up the quotes and two scores, as well as the last two Alien bonus level walkthroughs. Then I wrote up the first three walkthroughs for the Marine bonus levels AND I added previews of two new cheats I just unlocked: Land of the Giants and Slug Trail! Expect to see almost all the bonus level walkthroughs up soon.. except for the last level for Marine and Predator, because I haven't unlocked those yet. :) And, of course, there is a new Pic of the Week.
6 / 13 / 04 Some bonus level walkthroughs are finally up! Actually, only the first three Alien bonus levels, but the other two will be up by tomorrow! I'm also working on the other levels, but it's rather difficult to unlock the last one (by beating every level on Director's Cut difficulty). I also added one manipulated screenshot and a few more quotes. If you don't see them now, they will probably be silently updated tomorrow along with the new Pic of the Week. :)
And although it doesn't concern you guys, I also cleaned out the site's database of some superfluous files.
6 / 12 / 04 I love quotes! That's why I added plenty more today! :) As promised, I reformatted the layout of the screenshot pages so everything is nice and orderly. And I also added some previews of the cheats in the Walkthroughs section! I'll put more up as I continue to unlock all the cheats.
6 / 11 / 04 I added the Facehugger Bug to Fun Stuff. Thanks to Carnage for showing me how to do it! You can see it on his site, and I put a link up also in Fun Stuff. There are also a few more screenshots. I am working on revamping the screenshot area so it looks a little neater.
6 / 10 / 04 Reorganized the Quotes pages and added more quotes, scores, and screenshots. Also, check out the cool new AvP Bet in the fun section! Come on, place your bets! As some of you may know, there is a preview for the AvP movie on MTV tonight at 8:30 pm. Unfortunately, I don't have cable, so I made my own preview! So prepare to be amazed by Hippie Chick's Unofficial AvP Movie Preview! And I think, to commemorate this special preview, when the actual movie comes out, any time someone is bitten in the head by an Alien, we should shout out "ahh my brains"! :)
