Example for the scoring... {AKA} ZMAN has 61 total head shots for the year. At his 25th head shot we celebrated. We all chipped in and got him a rifle marksman pin, the same as what the military use. So, when he gets to 75 head shots he becomes squad leader, and will get another medal. I myself am climbing slowly, I am at my 28th head shot so... guess what? I got my rifle marksman pin! WOOT WOOT!
