Please send an email to Wholesale_Training@lists.mci.com requesting which date and time will work best for your company. The maximum number of users who can attend a training session is 15 users. Training will be conducted via NetConferencing and will be open to several customers during the same date/time. Once you have been approved for a date/time, the trainer will send you a confirmation email that will include the training call and URL.

(Depending on the total number of users at your company, consider sending a smaller number of users to a training session and having them train the rest of your users following the implementation of TFNM.)
