Numerous people have benefited from our programs. Here is a glimpse at
the recent programs:
A talk on 'personal development for Professional excellence' was delivered at
Judicial Officers Training Institute Nagpur. Need for overalldevelopment
of judicial officers was emphasized and various techniques to
improve physical, mental and emotional health were discussed.
Participants: Administrative Officers (MPSC cadre) appointed as Magistrates.
An interactive program on 'Integrated way of life' was organized at
Public Works Department (PWD) Bridge Design Division Nagpur an ISO 9001
company. Lifestyle of employees was studied and corrective ways wee
suggested for physical and mental well being.
Participants: Superintending Engineer, Asst. Eng., Designers and
administrative staff.
A seminar on the topic 'Holistic management' was organized at
Dr. Ambedkar College of Management Studies Nagpur. Corporate decision
making in holistic way was the main theme of the talk.A workshop on 'Soft skills for managers' was arranged at department of
Business ManagementNagpur University. Main topics were goal setting,
competency development and self-awareness.
Participants: Students of Business Management A survey was carried out between 25th May to 15th July through internet.Following are some of the interesting facts it has revealed. Out of the 103 participants, 91 agreed that email is unable to convey emotions properly; letter is still a better medium to express feelings! All the 103 participants agreed that email is preferred since its very convenient and economic mode of communication.At the same time all of them confessed that they never use the spelling and grammar aids provided. 80 participants told that they never look at the advertisements. 7 of the 23 participants who care for the ads told that they only pay attention if its a flashy ad. 17 candidates took part in the detail analysis. They were told to write a letter and a mail to their friend regarding exam and holidays. Only two participants wrote same content in both (letter and email) the other 15 found that the letter could depict their emotions in a better way. The mail was precise but with mistakes and broken sentences.
