After getting frustrated with Corel Photo shop I decided to use Adobe as all the graphics that I had seen online had been colored with that program and I managed to find a tutorial that was easy to follow.
Skill One:
I Imported another picture that I had drawn and scanned into Adobe, and then proceeded to follow the Tutorial I had found off another site, using layers, the blender tool, the mask tool, and many others.
