'Bout Me.
Hi! My name is Amanda and I am a 19 year old college student
residing in Montreal, Canada. I suppose my story is very similar to most people my age.
I work part-time in a pharmacy where I work as a lab technician. I enjoy my work, though at times it is overwhelming.
I like punk, ska and alternative music genres. I enjoy going to shows, dancing, singing and spending time with my budds.
I am in my third year at John Abbott College where I am studying
social sciences in hopes of persuing some sort of a career.
My life is not very interesting. I love to help people and I hope to work as a psychologist in the near future.
I come from a family of five kids. Things get a bit ugly when we are all around,, but we are all special in our own way.
I have recently moved to Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue in hopes of gaining some sort of motivation to attend my classes. It's been working so far.
Aly is my room mate who I love dearly. We love to party at hardcore punk, ska and grung bars. We'll mosh until we can barley walk and afterwards, we usually tend to each others wounds and drink more beer. Mmmmmm BEER!
Our home life is quite calm. We normally sit at home, watch movies and drink tea. But when we party, we party hard!"Nice Shiner!!!
Jon has been a big part of my life. Through thick and thin, we always manage to hang on to each other. He has been a budd for a while and always finds a way to cheer me up when i'm down.
Stu,(not shown for fear he'd break the camera...lol) has been a part of my life for the last year or so. Though we always fight, he is still a very important part of my life. Due to all the good and bad times we've been through, I'll always have a special place in my heart for him. Though childish at times, I will always care for him in a way that I never have for any other person. He can always make me laugh ...and cry. But above all, he's there for me, whether or not I want him there is another issue all together. I love you babe...but you have got to get those glasses fixed!
Jess (shown above) has been a good friend of mine over the last five years. We've cried together and had many laughs. She can really handle her
alcohol even though she's tiny. She's cleaned up my "mess" when things got out of hand. Props to you Juicy Flaps!
Erin (A.K.A. Bunion) has been a good friend for the last few years. We've dealt with a lot of sh*t through our high school years, but we have a lot
of great memories. Fatty Clan will never die!
Speaking of memories, I'd like to pay tribute to a friend of mine who was
recently tragicly taken from us. Wes where ever you are, you're in our hearts
and your spirit will live on in us forever. R.I.P. Bauer Power!!! See you soon
