Hugh is derived from the Germanic hug, meaning "heart, mind, or spirit". This name is also used as the Anglicized form of the Gaelic names AODH, UISDEAN, or EOGHAN. Hugh Capet was a 10th-century king of France who founded the Capetian dynasty. Saint Hugh of Lincoln was a 12th-century bishop known for his charity. This was also the name of kings of Cyprus and the crusader kingdom of Jerusalem.

The name of Hugo gives him a very responsible, stable nature. His calmness of mind enables him to analyze objectively, and to make decisions quickly, making it possible for him to do well in business or in any professional capacity. Because of his serious(*winks* No sense of humor?? j/k), self-possessed nature he can appear domineering and forceful to others.
