The 1984 Chicago Cubs were a fun team to watch,
and you couldn't help but root for those lovable losers from Chicago! I
even played my little league days with the Crivitz Cubs. What a fun time
:-) They had 2 players who stuck out in my mind, and I still dream of pitching
like Sutcliffe.

The "other" number 23 in Chicago-land, Ryno
was a fixture at many All Star games during his prime. A rare breed of
power, average and speed, especially for a 2nd baseman, Sandberg was a
joy to watch.
