This section features some randomness on the Jedi's formerly known as Phantom Planet. Nothing that probably isn't known already, but hey, maybe you'll find out something new...maybe not, who knows. We'll be adding on to this whenever we remember things!!

When Jason was younger, he auditioned for the role of Jonah in "Sleepless in Seattle".
Alex was in a side band called "Syphillis. It's back. It's curable."
Jacques currently attends USC.
Darren reads about music theory avidly.
Before playing a low I.Q. sociopath in "Donnie Darko", Alex did some acting when he was younger, check him out in "No Dessert Dad, 'Til You Mow the Lawn", "A Pig's Tale", and hear him lend his voice to "The Halloween Tree".
Sam lays tracks down for other bands and is featured in a couple songs by The Late Walter Phobicman and he is currently recording Rooney's album.
The band name came about when Alex found a CD in his messy room by Neil Norman, that he didn't even know he had. He listened to the tracks and one song in particular stood out. He looked at the CD cover song listing and discovered the song was the theme from an old sci-fi film called "The Phantom Planet". He called Jason with the name idea, he liked it as well as the other members of the band. Later on, it was discovered that the song Alex liked so much was actually the theme from "Godzilla".
Darren loves Guns N Roses, and Slash was the guitarist that inspired him to begin playing.
Sam's father wrote a song called "Sam" that was sung by Olivia Newton-John and many other songs as well.
Jason is the son of actress Talia Shire, and producer Jack Schwartzman, who is now deceased. He is the nephew of Francis Ford Coppola, the cousin of Nicholas Cage, Sophia Coppola, and Roman Coppola to name a few.
Sam's father also wrote the songs "You're the One that I Want" and "Hopelessly Devoted to You" for the "Grease" soundtrack.
Jacques is lactose intolerant.
