- 1989-93: Europe Dinghy. Represented Denmark in a number of Junior and Senior European and Nordic Championships.
- 1992: Danish Youth Champion in Pirat Dinghy (Double Handed).
- 1992: Danish Youth Champion in OK Dinghy (Single Handed).
- 1996: Coach for Pakistan, Team Racing Gold in Asian Optimist Championship.
- 1997: Coach for South Korea, Team Racing Gold and Individual Silver in Asian Optimist Championship. Next year Boy Gold and Girl Gold in Asian Games.
- 1999: Coach for Singapore, Team Racing Gold in ASEAN Championship. Worlds: 33rd in Miami Herald, 71st best individual.
- 2000: 3-year-contract with Singapore. First results: Team Bronze + 4th, Girls Silver + 5th, Overall 4, 6, 7 in Asian Optimist Sailing Championship.
- 2000: World Championship: 26th in Miami Herald Challenge, 62nd individual sailor.
- 2001: Gold in Asian Open Team Racing Championship, Silver for boys and Bronze for girls in the individual event.
- 2001: Gold for Boys and Gold for Girls in Open African Championship.
- 2001: World Championship: 4th in Miami Herald Challenge, 5th individual sailor, 6th in Team Racing, 1st girl in category 12 and under. Besides best team when all 5 team members' scores are counted. We are the only team having all 5 sailors in top 70.
- 2001: SEA Games: Gold for Girls, Silver in Team Racing, Bronze for Boys.
- 2001: ASEAN Championship: Gold in Open(boys), Gold in Team Racing and Bronze for Girls.
- 2002: Some of my sailors awarded Singapore's Sports Boy of the Year 2001, Young Team of the Year 2001, and Meritorious Award 2001.
- 2002: Denmark Trip 2002: Singapore sailors finish 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 13, 31 in Danish International Selections.
- 2002: World Championship: 6th in Miami Herald Challenge, 11th and 21st individual sailor.
