TERMS OF SALE: All Purchases must be paid for in full on the day of the sale. You may use cash or cashier's check. Company or personal checks must be accompanied by a letter from your bank guaranteeing payment to Duncan Auctioneers for this sale only. NO DRAFTS ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Descriptions of items in this sale are believed to be correct and have been conscientiously set forth. Condition, year model, etc. as set forth is in no way a warranty or guarantee. Duncan Auctioneers makes no representation or warranty on the goods as to their merchantability or their fitness for general or particular purpose and further states the goods are to be sold as is, and without recourse. If any discrepancies are noted and brought to the attention of the auctioneer, he will publicly announce them. Auctioneer will not be liable to prospective buyers if consignor fails to deliver or offer equipment for sale. The successful high bidder is responsible for the lot he purchases from the time the Auctioneer calls it sold. Duncan Auctioneers assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft occurring after the item is pronounced sold.
3% buyers fee on items $2000.00 and up - 5% on others.
