The Archaeology Department here at Mr. Hussein's Shack of Mass Destruction has come up against a rather complex problem. Working with the Memetics Division, we have discovered fragments of an ancient document, apparently titled "The Callista Constitution", as well as some ancient relics at an abandoned amusement park.
The top mind here at the Memetics Division has been unable to come up with a satisfactory method of piecing these fragments together. It is suspected that these documents have been used to perpetuate and justify a large series of behavior, which under any rational system of logic, would be considered "mischevious".
