Hello and welcome to my Web Site. I think that the lyrics of this song pretty well sum up the reason for this site.

But then again, so are the tens of thousands of kids and parents that are living the same "reality" that my family has been experiencing and can't express themselves in ways conducive to obtaining positive "results" because of "ignorance", "intimidation" or "financial constraints".

After working so hard to get this site up and running, I received a letter from Batshaw Youth and Family Centers Department of Legal Services informing me about some concerns that my website infringes on people's "rights" and what he feels as the Director the Legal Department of this institution, is his moral and legal obligation to ensure these "clients" and ex-clients "right" to confidentiality and privacy is respected.

Cool.

Please excuse the temporary "lack" of links, but I'm removing the names of my kids, their mum and any ex-clients from all the documents that they are mentioned in. At some point in time I'll have to figure out what to do with the court tapes, but hey, that's O.K., I will figure it out.

The goal of this website is to be used as a "teaching" tool.

To have the power and authority to walk into any home in this province and "declare" that a kid(s) parent(s) are a danger or a threat to their own kid(s) security and development and have it backed up by the courts because of trust, history and alphabet after one's name, is "power".

Any tax-payer funded "institution" that is able to redefine the composition or interfere in the daily functioning of a "family" under a ton of confidentiality and not be held "accountable" for their acts, is a very dangerous "entity".

If abused, it is one of the cruelest and most destructive legal "acts" that a Society could impose upon one of it's members and the next generation of taxpayers, their offspring.

The Supreme Court of Canada is the "law" of the land and they have set the bar as to just how far and when an "institution" of the "State" can disturb a "family" in the best interests of the child, and this for ALL the Courts in the land to follow.
