Latino Leadership Summit On Higher Education Saturday February 19th, 2000 University Heights Middle

Latinos from the various UC,
CSU, and community college campuses from throughout California will meet
for a one day Leadership Summit on the topic of "Latinos in Higher Education."
The meeting is being facilitated and co-sponsored by the University of
California, Riverside Department of Ethnic Studies, the Ernesto Galarza
Public Policy and Humanities Research Bureau, Chicano Student Programs,
and M.E.Ch.A.
Registration is $10 for faculty,
administrators, staff, and organizational and community representatives
and $5 for undergraduate and graduate students. Meeting attendees will
be given a program packet which will include an Agenda, Report Card on
the Status of Latinos in the UC system, and a Roster of meeting attendees.
Lunch and continental breakfast are also included as part of your registration
packet. Registration due by Wednesday, February 16, 2000
