Meat Puppets are found in a variety of guises, but are normally constructed to look as a child's doll. They often however have an unusual quality about them. Perhaps they have numerous arms, or their mouth and eyes are sewn shut. Something which all Meat Puppets share is the stench of the grave which seems to eminate from within. The reason for this being that underneath their exterior covering, they are actually constructed of once living tissue - making them feal unusually heavy for a doll.
Combat: Meat Puppets attack mostely to satisfy their desire for suffering in others. Do to their nature, they are not the most strategic of opponents and will fight tooth and nail until they feel they are visibly quite injured. Meat puppets have the ability to latch on to their victims. This form of attack employs a negative one modifier to hit and movement upon the victim for each Meat Puppet which has latched on. The victim subsequently sustains 1d4 points of damage each round for each Meat Puppet which has latched on. Meat Puppets can use this attack freely, but when doing so they attack with a penalty of 3. A Meat Puppet which has latched its teeth into a victim can be removed with a successful bend bars/lift gates role (often when the body is destroyed, the head of the Meat Puppet will remain latched on to the victim and still be difficult to pry off.
Habitat/Society: Meat Puppets enjoy inflicting pain and suffering upon the world around them. They will often gather in packs for safety. Meat Puppets will often procure inside large cities to hide in toy shops. Meat Puppets speak the languages of the person used in creating them.
Ecology: Meat Puppets fall under the ranks of the created undead and as such do not play an important role in the ecology of Ravenloft. Meat Puppets are rumoured to share the characteristics and personality traits of the person used in creating them. Little more is known on this matter.
