Chris Kirkpatrick was actually the one who started *Nsync. Lou Pearlman (former manage) had went to Universal Studios and saw Chris performing in the Chamber Choir. He immediately gave Chris the opportunity to put together his own band. That's when Chris contacted Justin Timberlake.
Chris's first play as a young boy was Oliver during the 6th grade. Since they was so small compared to the other kids and had a high voice, he got the part of Oliver. That's when he started finding an interest in music. When he finished high school in Pennsylvania, he called his father in Florida. That's when Chris made the move to Orlando.
Although Chris is the oldest of *Nsync, he's not exactly considered the most mature. In fact he is known as the prankster of the group. His large sense of humor always lightens the mood and keeps everyone on their feet. Riding around for months in a tour bus with Chris would probably never get too boring. Usually, Chris's roles in movies include comedy. His personality just fits that category perfectly. Some cameos that he has made were in ON THE LINE and LONGSHOT.
Chris's favorite musicians are Busta Rhymes, Brian McKnight, Missy Elliott, Beastie Boys, and Michael Jackson. In fact, when *Nsync began their touring for the first time, his dog 'Busta' was always on the road with them. Busta was quite the entertainment, even though he left "surprises" in Justin's bunk. Busta had died recently, which devastated Chris.
Fuman Skeeto was Chris's old clothing line. It helped show Chris's creativity, but after many years was ended. During the hiatus, he has been spending time with his family and friends and doing a couple things here and there. Hosting the Miss Teen Pagant 2002 with Willa Ford in the summer and making appearances at award shows were just some of them.
