Chapter 7: "A.J...What's going on?" I asked, confused and worried. "Nothing...I just want to tell you something before it's too late" he said looking at the floor. "And what is that exactly?" I responded. He looked me in the eyes and smiled. I smiled back, not really knowing why. "Nick talked to me last night before I came to get you." "and?" I said, remembering my own conversation with Nick. "He told me that I was stupid not to tell you how I felt about you and not to let a good thing slip away. He said tha tyou talked him out of making that mistake with Audra." A.J. said, all in one breath. "AJ..." I said, fading away as I got lost in my thoughts. He took my chin into his hand and turned my face towards his. " I have feelings for you. Now whether or not it's a crush or a long term thing I don't know. I just know that one that plane something sparked and I haven't been able to stop thinking about you ever since." A.J. said slowly. I grinned and took his other hand into mind. "AJ...that's really sweet. And I've had you on my mind too. But I'm only going to be with you for a week.." I said while looking at my hand embracing his. "I know, but it can work. I'm willing to try if you are." he said, while gently massaging my cheek. "I'm more than willing A.J. but I d--" I was cut off suddently when A.J. tenderly kissed me. It's wasn't a normal kiss, it was tender yet it burst with affection. I smiled at him and huged him. I could have sat in his arms for an eternity..a feeling of happiness overwhelmed me when he kiss me...and it escalated when I felt his arms around me. Maybe that call wasn't going to lead to a week of boredom....
