Note:: On November 5 & 6, 2001 our country [Nicaragua] will have the Presidential elections which usually dont go very well, specially this year. Here in Nicaragua there are 3 political groups the "Liberales", the "Consevadores" and the "Sandinistas". For some reason [i dont know] the Conservadores are not running this year leaving only the Liberales and Sandinistas running 1 on 1 against each others. The President running for the liberales is Bolaņos and the President running for the sandinistas is Daniel Ortega. The reason I am posting this is because the Sandinistas are people who steal from the rich and give to the poor, they burn houses down and kick the rightfull owner out of their land, they hurt and kill people whom dont support there commity. Placing Nicaragua as a very dangerous country specially now! Becuase the Sandinistas and Liberales are in an extremely tight race! 50/50! And I am affraid that if the sandinistas win there will be a war. But what frightens me even more is that... because of the September 11th tragety the United States will not accept us or help us, leaving most of my not american citizens friends and maybe myself in an extremely dangerous possition. The sandinistas have damaged Nicaragua greatly, and finally when we are getting back onto our finally healed 2 feet they come and kick us back down! So please forgive me if i do not update my site from November 5 and on, nobody knows what will happen, maybe my family and I will have to hide, or sneak out of the country, or move to the United States, or maybe things will just stay the same.
