Artistic Differences

The S Club are only able to make it eight miles out of LA before they have some car troubles. Something on the car blows up, because as it turns out, Bradley forgot to change the oil. Oops. So the car gets towed to a service station back in LA. When they arrive, Hannah wakes up from a nasty dream that freaks her out. She dreams that someone in the group leaves, and eventually the whole band splits up. Everyone tries to reassure her that it was just a dream, but she's not so sure.

Stuck in LA with a broken-down car, the gang get in touch with Joni for a place to stay and try to find jobs to raise the $2000 it'll take to fix the car. The place that Joni finds for them is a gorgeous house on a hill with a fantastic view of LA, but the problem is that it was built on a fault line and part of the structure was damaged during an earthquake!

Rachel gets a job at a fancy restaurant, Jon, Jo, and Tina are working for a special effects company, whereas Bradley's job causes a bit of a stir. He tries out for a new boyband called Guys Incorporated, but Paul doesn't like the idea of him being in another group. Bradley says that he's only in it until he can make enough money to fix the car, but Paul is completely dead-set against the job, and forces Bradley to choose which group he wants to be in. In the end, tensions build between him and Paul, and Bradley leaves S Club.

Paul's got more troubles of his own when an ex-girlfriend comes to visit. Within a couple days of being in LA, she gets an agent and a lucrative modeling career, making him a bit jealous of her sudden success. Now that she doesn't have as much time to spend with Paul, he ends up taking a backseat to her career. In the end, he decides it's best if they don't see each other anymore.

Rachel's waitressing job leads her to meet a cute guy named Jed, who likes her as much as she likes him, but he's not what he seems. Just as she's about to go out to Las Vegas with him, she finds out that he's actually married! His wife pulls up to the house, and explains that he's dated other women before while they've been married, and Rachel chucks him.

Meanwhile, in an effort to make Bradley come to his senses and re-join S Club, Paul holds auditions for a new member, but with disastrous results. All the people who audition, are very ugly and very untalented, but an obnoxious guy named Helmut is chosen as a replacement, much to the dismay of everyone else in the band.

At the same time, Bradley isn't all that happy being in Guys Incorporated either. The other three members of the group are a bunch of wussy, childish guys, and Bradley is made to wear a purple jumpsuit for their performance at the Battle Of The Bands. Just before the S Club go on stage at the Battle Of The Bands, Bradley and Paul decide to make up, and the S Club 7 are 7 again. The band take to the stage performing Natural, and "natural"ly win the contest.
