While Jen and Taylor were outside on the back porch Ike and Zac were telling everyone of their adventures over the past few months.
“Zac, you got your first kiss from a porn star!” Mike said.
“It’s wasn’t my first kiss!” Zac insisted.
“It wasn’t?!” Isaac said amazing.
I suddenly got really uncomfortable.
“Umm…Mom kissed me all the time was I was a baby!” Zac said covering up.
That made Lindsay and Carolyn laugh.
“You are SO cute!” Lindsay said.
“Please…” Ike said rolling his eyes.
“Zac, I have to tell you something,” Claire said leaning in towards him. She did NOT know how to flirt- she was literally throwing herself onto Zac.
“And what is that?” Zac said not really interested.
“I love you!” Claire said kissing him on the lips.
Everyone started cracking up.
“I’m glad I don’t take love lessons from her!” Jace said.
Zac was pushing Claire off of her.
“Ew Claire- I don’t like you!” Zac said.
“She thinks you do-“ Chris said.
“Yeah! She told the whole school she was your girlfriend!” Mike laughed.
Zac just rolled his eyes.
“I know I don’t want to ask this…but I have to,” Eve sighed.
“Okay…just ask it,” Ike said.
“When are you guys leaving next?” She asked looking away.
“Oh…about that,” Ike said looking at Carolyn taking her into the hall.
“Um…what was that all about?” I asked Zac.
“Come on,” Zac said dragging me into the hall with Carolyn.
“Let’s take them outside,” Ike suggested. Zac agreed and we followed them to the front porch.
“Okay,” Ike sighed when we reached the front porch.
Carolyn and I looked at them both with eager eyes.
“We are leaving to go back on tour December 30th of this year- we are doing a whole bunch of New Year’s Eve stuff and then we are doing the Albertane Tour for a lot of the year,” Ike said.
“You’ll only be here for a few more days?” I said starting to cry.
“No! Ashly- don’t cry, you see since Mom is pregnant she isn’t going and neither is Jess, Avery, or Mack, and so Dad said we could each bring someone and Ike is bringing Carolyn, and I want to bring you,” Zac said.
“You want us to go on tour with you?!” Carolyn asked excitedly looking at Ike and then me.
“Yeah,” Ike smiled.
“So do you want to?” Zac asked.
I nodded.
“Of course we do!” Carolyn said.
“My mom and dad are going to tell your parents- my mom is pretty sure it’ll all be okay,” Ike said.
“This is going to be so cool!” Carolyn smiled hugging Ike, “Thank you so much!” She said.
“Wait, who is Taylor bringing?” I asked.
“Jen,” Zac replied.
“This is going to be so cool!” I said wiping my tears away.
“Ashly- this means major shopping for us girl!” Carolyn laughed.
“Wait- what about school?” I asked.
“Well, since Carolyn and Ike are in the same grade my mom and dad will just home-school them at the same time,” Zac said.
“The same thing goes for Jen and Taylor and you and Zac,” Ike said.
“Cool…” Carolyn said nodding her head.
“Well come on, let’s go celebrate!” Zac said opening the front door.
“Right on!” I said following him inside.
Carolyn was about to step inside but Ike stopped her.
“I just want you to know that this means so much to me,” Ike said.
“We’ll have fun- I promise!” Carolyn said.
“Good,” Ike smiled. He was planning to kiss her but decided that might not be his best move.
