Eddie Cochran Page

Eddie Cochran was a young, bright shining star when he walked onto the pop stage. One of his first solo songs, Sittin' In The Balcony, hit #18 and Eddie instantly became popular. The next year his biggest hit, Summertime Blues, hit #8 and Eddie went on a late year tour of Alan Freed's in New York. There he became a good friend of Ritchie. Him and Ritchie started hanging out, and Ritchie ended up singing one of Eddie's girlfriend's songs, Hurry Up. When Ritchie and one his other friends, Buddy died in February, Eddie sang a song in tribute to the three fallen stars called Three Stars. Ironically, less than 14 months later, Eddie died in a car crash in the U.K. while on Tour (he was the only person to die in the crash). So Eddie, gee we're gonna' miss you, everybody sends there love. Thanks for visiting my website, don't forget to sign my guest book. The Code...
