As most of you know by now AJ has checked himself into rehab for depression, anxiety and alcoholism. I am devoting this page to everything concerning AJ during this trying time. So, if you have any questions about this issue, please take a look around first, and then if it's still not answered feel free to ask me.

AJ, If you are reading this I want to say that it takes a strong person to admit that they have a problem. You have taken the first step towards recovery and I and many others are proud of you. It's going to be a long journey, but I'll be here every step of the way. I hope that after the 30 days you are truely happy and are able to do what you love the most, performing.

    Signs Of Depression

  • Depression can be triggered by unexpected changes in life such as the death of a loved one or the loss of a job.
  • One distinction separation depression from a bad mood is how long the feelings last.
  • Depression may include feelings of extreme sadness lingering for more than two weeks.
  • Another sign is when the feelings are interfering with normal activities.
  • A depressed individual may withdraw from family and friends and feel overwhelmed by daily life.
  • There may also be feelings of helplessness.
  • Depressed individuals may blame themselves for having negative feelings.
