The story starts a few days before the concert. I only got my tickets the Wed before the concert and I was all pissed cuz I was supposed to get first level seats but they turned out to only be second level. Then I had to babysit my little 8 yr old sister, my 13 yr old cousin, and her annoying friend. THEN I got REALLY sick and I was SO scared that I wouldn't be able 2 go cuz the day before the concert I had like no voice and i had a high fever so my mom took me to the doctors and found out that I had bronchitis and strep throat and I told her I dont care I'm going to that concert!
So Monday arrives and miraculously I wake up that morning feeling better. I heard on Z100 that it was supposed 2 majorely snow in New Jersey but Long Island should be fine and the concert would still be on. Well, around noon it started 2 snow and i mean SNOW! There were these HUGE snowflakes and i swear it was hailing and it didn't stop and like everything else was being cancelled so I was getting scared that they'd cancel the concert but Z100 kept saying it was still on and then I was scared that my Mom wouldn't let me go out in the storm since I was so sick. So I started 2 freak out around like 2pm. Finally at 3;15 I decided to go upstairs put on some BSB and start putting on my makeup and then I got dressed (I wore black leather pants and a red snakeprint shirt) and I packed everything up in my bag. Then finally about 4;45 we left to go to my aunts to pick up my cousin and her friend.
The ride to the Colissium normally only takes about half an hour. Well with the snow and everything we didn't get there until like 7pm and we left my aunts a lil after 5. Finally my Mom dropped us off and the first thing we did was go straight to our seats which I thought sucked! We were in the 3rd row of the 2nd level only about 2 or 3 sections away from where the ramp went out into our section (but i was still nowhere near it) and we were pretty close 2 the stage. In fact we were probably closer than most of the people on the floor! So I'm like YESS this is SO kewl so then we went 4 food and souviners and then we sat back down and I realized that my liquid makeup spilled ALL over everything in my bag So i was like bugging out. Some lady nearby had 2 lend me some tissues lol. Well then me and my cuzin got into a HUGE fight. She got all pissed cuz she wanted 2 walk around by herself but I promised my aunt that we'd stick together. So she gave me all this well I'm 13 I'm a teenager I can do what I want crap and that I'm not her mother so I turned around and said 4 tonite I am and I'm gonna be 18 in September and I'm still not allowed to do a lot and that she's lucky because when I was 13 I wasn't allowed to do all the things she does now. So then she got pissed at me and borrowed her friends cell phone, called her house, got my aunts cell number and told her what was going on but twisted it around so it sounded like I was being bitchy to her on purpose. So I yelled at her for playing games w/ me like that and I said Two can play at this game and I have my moms cell phone here and your grandma's (her grandma my aunt) cell phone number too and I'll call her and tell her the REAL story so then she just sat there sulking.
OK on to the actual show. First off I was just blown away by Krystal cuz I never listened to her sing before cuz I just figured she was another perky, tall blonde who can't really sing or dance like Britney or Christina. Man was I surprised cuz she's just the oppisite! She has an AMAZING voice and i am now a huge fan of hers! I was getting pissed though cuz my cuzin and her friend were being really disrespectful and making fun of her. She was signing autographs and I REALLY wanted to meet her but I couldn't because of the brats so I was real pissed!
OK on to the boys. OMG they were SOOOOOO awesome! They opened up w/ Everyone and Nick was dressed in leather and he had these big black sunglasses on so he sorta looked like The Terminator lol. Then he had drawn this big blue star around his right eye but w/ the glasses all you saw was this line and at first I thought he had like cut himself and I'm like OMG what dids Nick do now? But then he took off the shades and I felt retarded. After Everyone they did Larger Than Life and then Shining Star which i thought was SOOOO hott! OMG who taught Nick to dance like that? He has improved SOOOO much and he kept turning around 2 the audience and shaking his butt and I was just screaming SHAKE THAT ASS CARTER! ( I know real mature of me lol) Anyway damn he's just so full of energy and I swear hewas SOOOO sexy! I was likedamn this man is gonna give me either a heart attack or an orgasm (LMAO I bet Kate was thinking the same thing. By the way I met her at the concert finally. To bad we didn't have more time 2 chill and we weren't sitting closer to each other) Anyway I loved when they sang More Than That. I LOVED the choreography for the dancers cuz it was really pretty plus I used to dance up until last year so I was all into it.
My cousin pulled another one of her stunts during Yes I Will. I was standing there totally enjoying the lil cane dance they were doing (It was SOOO cute!) and I couldn't see or hear anything but the guyz. Next thing I knew I feel my cousin's friend tugging on me and shouting Lindsey just ran off. She just got up and left! So I was REALLY pissed cuz I had to leave in the middle to go find her and I'm bugging out. So I find her pacing back and forth outside by the souviner stands pouting so I like started screaming at her and she goes Well I'm not haing very much fun. OMG I EXPLODED! I was like you're not having fun at a BSB concert! Your Grandma did not just spend 70 bucks a ticket for you to waste it all standing out here sulking! I know about a zillion girls who would kill to have this oppurtunity and you aren't even grateful! If you want to have a horrible time that's your choice but don't ruin my night! Now get your ass back in there and I want to hear you screaming for Brian! Lol I was like why couldn't she pull this during What Makes You Beautiful cuz then at least I wouldn't be too mad cuzI neer heard the song before.
She shaped up though during the best part of the concert. See we were on the aisle so when the guyz came up on the round stage Nick was closest 2 us so I stepped into the aisle and down a step or 2 to get a better pic and next thing I know my 8 year old sister is screaming Mel C'mon! And she's heading all the way into the first level. So we all followed her and some people let us stand right up in the front row. If we would of climbed the barrier we would of been on the floor and the stage was like directly in front of us and Nick stayed like right there for almost that whole little set. So I like wasted a roll right there and I was freaking out SO much cuz we seemed SO close 2 him. Man does he look HOTT up close! I didn't even realize they started to sing I Promise You cuz I was just like numb but Nick waved to us AND he blew us a kiss! It was SOOOO sweet! Anyway after Time (they went across this huge bridge to get back 2 the stage) we moved back to our seats cuz we could see the stage better there.
I loved seeing all the fast songs performed cuz damn like I said Nick was working the stage. I had no clue he could be like that lol but he was doing all these pelvic thrusts and shaking his bubble butt around, It was great! During Everybody he actually picked up the guitar and played a lil which surprised me! Their last song was The Call and it was SOOO cute how they did it like you would have had 2 have seen it. Then as an encore they sang Shape of my Heart.
So, the night had it's sucesses and it's failures but it was the best medicine that anyone could ever prescribe especially with everything I've been through these past 2 months. Sure, maybe I didn't actually meet the guys and party with them or do anything crazy like that but just eing able 2 be within 100 feet of Nick was like the most incredible thing in the world cuzitz sad to say but thatz probably the closest I'll ever get to him.
