Well, I went to the concert with my mom and dad cuz I really have no friends that are die-hard fans of BSB. We took off to there and it took us about 2-3 hours to get there. Then, when we got there, it was about 4:00 (way too early to get in) so I decided to walk around the coliseum. As I got to the back of it, they told me to leave from the back (supposedly because BSB may have been there). So, I went back to the car and waited until 5:45. Then we all got out and looked to see that there was a huge line building up to get in~!
As I cursed to myself for waiting in the car while I could've stood in line, I saw a bunch of fans piling up behind us. The line went around the whole coliseum! And it was 6:15 when the line actually moved and we were soon inside. As much as I wanted, I didn't get a shirt because there were way too many people gathered around. I just picked up and Brian photo and we went to our seats that were fairly close.
During the waiting, me and my mom went to the refreshments place and got some drinks and popcorn. They we got back and soon the concert began. The opening act, which was Krystal, totally sucked. She had a great voice, but her music was very depressing. Then, after that was over, we had to wait another hour until BSB came up. The opening was really cool! They showed some kind of 'end of the world' thing and there were all kinds of meteors hitting the earth. It really was the bomb! Then 5 big explosions came up and there were the Backstreet Boys! They looked great, too. They started singing "Everyone" (which is one of my fav songs from their new CD) and then mixed it with "Larger Than Life." The whole performance was totally awesome and so was the rest of the concert! I could hear all the singing parts much better than the concert I went to last year in the Millennium tour (that one was in the Georgia Dome though).
One of my favorite parts of the concert was when they gave everybody an insight on their dressing rooms! They stepped down in a chest thing and then the screen showed them changing! I was practically drooling the whole time! It was funny when Brian opened a locker and all kinds of teddy bears fell on him! Then, another one of my fav parts was when they had a little intermission and they appeared out of nowhere on a target stage on the other side of the coliseum. They started singing their slower songs and sounded great! Brian, Nick, and AJ looked very hott! I screamed so loud that I think I was actually starting to make people angry who were behind us! lol!
Anyway, when we left, the whole place was packed with tons of people. We had to struggle to get out! And, by time we finally got to the car, I had snatched up a shirt from a guy that was much cheaper than the ones in the coliseum. We had to sit in the car for half an hour before we could get anywhere and I turned up the CD player, which was playing 'Black and Blue' of course. I had a great and beautiful time! My only hope is to meet BSB and go to my 3rd concert really soon! =)
