Crotch vs Crutch details under picture

Sanawar , sometime in 1979 or 1980. Silly Billy has a broken leg. I forget how he broke his leg but that's not important and what is important is that he has a crutch to help him move around.He encounters Harbinder Purewal , Pavitra , outside the Chapel next to the War Memorial. Pavitra makes some snide remark [what was it you said Purewal ? ] which angers Haroop Singh.He swings out a Purewal with his crutch and this results in a smallish wound somewhere on Purewal's arm or somewhere. I forget where.

Cut to Pavitra walking past the school office to get his wound dressed at the Hospital only to be accosted by the Bursar Mr.Gore. When asked why he was heading for Hospital. The answer that Purewal gave I guess is still one of life's greatest mysteries for Mr.Gore.

Gore : Where are you going Harbinder

Purewal :To the Hospital , Sir.

Gore : What happened ?,

Purewal : I have a small hurt on my arm , Sir.

Gore : How did that happen ? 

Purewal :  Haroop Singh swung at me with his crotch 

Gore : What ?

Purewal : He picked up his crotch and swung it over his shoulder and hit me with it.

Gore : Eh ?

Purewal : We were fooling around and he lifted his crotch and hit me with it on my arm.

Gore : Stunned silence

Purewal ; May I be excused , Sir.

Gore : Yes Yes 

Purewal strides off ,nursing his wound, leaving a bewildered Gore wondering about life's great mysteries.
