stars:***Duke Devlin is a hard duelest to beat because of the flip effect cards and dice.Duke Devlin will come at you with Man Eater Bugs and Penguin Soldiers.He also adds annoying Giant Germs which do 500 points of damage to you and then allows him to pull 1 or 2 more from his deck.Bubonic Vermin helps to protect his life points,by bringing out one everytime you destroy annother.His Nimble Momongas are also hard to deal with because they not only increase his life points by 1000, but also allow him to play 1 or 2 more.And the worst are the dice cards, they might effect your game(see glitches)and they can destroy your plans by destroying or weakening your cards, or powering up his monsters.The only powerful monsters in his deck are Tri-Horned Dragon and Summoned Skull. cards to watch for:Tri-Horned Dragon,Man Eater Bug,Blind Destruction.Good cards to use:Jinzo,Light of Interventon,Ceasfire
