Team Rocket is digging a hole for Ash and friends to fall into. They covered it up and hid in the bushes. When Ash walked on top of it, he realized something was wrong and started stomping on the dirt covering the hole. They didn’t fall through. Team Rocket jumped out of the bushes and stomped on the hole ‘til they all fell through. They all piled on top of each other at the bottom of the hole when Wobbuffet appeared and they fell through into a building, where a woman ran by.
She stopped and looked at them. They told her that they were lost and she said that they could follow her out. She led them to a room with a long staircase and three Xatu. She called two of them and ran up the stairs, Ash, his friends and Team Rocket followed. They arrived in a huge stadium with a huge crowd all cheering. The Xatu flapped their wings signaling the woman and she said. “Today it will be sunny if it doesn’t rain” or something like that. The crowd was confused because it started to rain. The woman ran out with the Xatu and the crowd began to boo her. Jesse stepped forward and claimed to be able to beat everyone at “Rock Paper Scissors.” She just said that they had to choose paper and she chose Scissors. The crowd looked confused and Team Rocket ran out. Ash and friends followed. They went to a room where the woman was using a computer, Ash made a comment about the Xatu’s “psychic powers.” From out of the top of the building came a satellite dish that looked like a Xatu, the crowd thought it was real. The woman checked the weather and it said that its not supposed to rain. Later they went outside because the Xatu predicted a huge flood. Just then Delibird arrived with a bill from Team Rocket and they used it to try and catch the Xatu. The Delibird threw several presents and the Xatu and everyone else. The Xatu stayed calm as everyone was panicking. Delibird threw three presents at the Xatu they caught them and they were all healed. They signaled the woman that the flood was going to happen today instead of tomorrow. Since the Xatu were healed they used their psychic powers and blasted Team Rocket off and then the Xatu teleported the woman, Ash and his friends away. Then the woman said she’s not going to try to predict the future anymore. |
