You have to pick a character that is not already taken, (look on the charaters page to see what characters are taken already) and it also has to be from an anime, manga, or Japanese related video game. Made up characters are also allowed, but they won't be allowed if they are simply knock-offs of other anime characters or non-anime characers.

At this time, no Street Fighter or DragonBall related characters will be allowed.
These types of characters have been banned because of the people who use them are usuially prone to polluting the RPG with sinceless violence, not because of the shows themselves. These types of characters may be allowed in certain instances, but it is not very likely that I will let you use one unless I know you well enough to know that you won't go nuts with the character.

Cursing or any other offensive language is allowed in the RPG while in character. You are also alowed to use bad language out of character, but only to a certain extent, and using it excessively may cause you to get in some trouble.

You are not allowed to control other people's characters in any way, unless permitted by the person who is using the character. If someone feels that they're character was controlled, they can simply ignore what was done, and post what they really wanted their character to do instead. In some cases, I may edit posts to fix this.

You are only allowed to have one character, though side characters may be picked up occasionally (but only temporariy!) and all side characters can be controlled by anyone who wants to control them.

In the event of really bad plot holes, I may delete posts or edit them, though I will to try to avoid doing this if possible. I ask that everyone in the RPG try their best to prevent plot holes and if they see a plot hole or potential plot hole, they try to fix it.

The RPG is not based on fighting, but is based on plot. Sinceless fighting is NOT allowed, unless you have good reason for it (like if your character's insane). When ever there is fighting, you have to describe what your attack did, or what you did, and then your opponent replies and describes the results. Some people may find this stupid, but that is the way it is done here.
Also, you can not be immortal, you have to have SOME kind of weakness, and you must allow yourself to get hit/hurt at least every once in a while.

No hentai or hentai related things are allowed.
