Then, take him out and grow him to L51 without rare candy. He should evolve into Mew! 2. Trade with a friend to obtain a pokemon that knows CUT, then beat the game without going on the SS Anne. Go Through the door to the SS Anne, but do not go on. SURF to the side, and you will find a truck. Use STRENGTH on one side and DIG on the other.
