Hi this is this page creator speaking. My name is Jolteon I heard you were having trouble with the NEW Neo Set Cards so I decided to Translate them for you. Japanese Neo Card Spoilers

New rules:

End of Turn:
Some cards have a refernce to “End of Turn.” After an attack, effects like posion
and paralysis are checked.

Baby Pokemon:
When a Pokemon Attacks a Baby Pokemon, they must flip a coin. If it’s tails, the
attacks does nothing. Baby Pokemon can also evolve into Basic Pokemon.

Evil and Steel Types:
The new Energy types in Pokemon Neo are Evil and Steel. Evil Energy and Steel
Energy are both special Energy cards and only four of them may be used in a deck. Also
note that, attaching evil energy to the Team Rocket “Evil” Evolutions will not hurt them.

Abbreviations for Energy cards are:
	[C] Colorless, [E] Evil, [F] Fighting, [G] Grass, [L] Lightning, [P] Psychic, [R]
Fire, [S] Steel, [W] Water.
The number in the brackets is the amount inflicted by the damage. If there’s
nothing in the brackets, the attack does no damage.
