This is a very cool trick for any Pokémon master who wants to be noticed as very talented and popular.

First you need to make sure you did not get Articuno from the Seafoam Islands and you need all eight badges.

Then go inside and push EVERY SINGLE rock into one of the black holes in the floor. If all of the rocks have not been pushed in then this cheat will not work and you only have one chance for this cheat to work so don't blow it.

After you do this you can go to the spot where Articuno is and then you will have the chance to battle a very rare Pokémon called "Surfer". It is a Pikachu that holds a surfboard while battleing. You can use a masterball to catch him and then if you do this properly he will come with these excellent attacks.
