This little basic seems very solid. You get positive effects from either a heads or a tails. That is what is really good in a Pokemon.
Bone Club
For 1 Fighting Energy you can either do 30 to the Active or 10 to the Bench. Depends if you flip a heads or a tails. This attack seems really good especialy for a Set-Up Wigglytuff. Take out the 70 HP edge with a tails or do a mean 30 damage with heads. Another good thing about this attack is that it only takes 1 Fighting Energy to perform.
Combos and Stats
I think this card could go pretty good in a Haymaker deck. Either heads or tails for a single energy is also good. The HP isn't that high at 40 and it does have a Weakness to Psychic which is bad. The HP can be covered with a few Defenders and the Weakness can be countered with a Wigglytuff. It also has a Retreat Cost of one which isn't bsd since its attack only takes 1 to use. It has no Resistance which is bad and Jungle Marowak is bad and someday I'll do a report on Vending Marowak (good card).
Rating
I give Vending Cubone a 5.6. It has a really good attack, but it's HP hurts it alot.
