Stage 1

Misty's Seadra is a Stage 1. But hey, isn't Wigglytuff? No one ver has problems getting him out with the proper trainer cards. Also, Misty's Seadra was two pretty good basics.

Tail Strike

One water for 20 damage is really nice. It's a Haymaker type move. It's pretty good like HItmonchan to shut up Magmar's like HItmonchan shuts out Electabuzz which is Misty's Seadra's Weeakness , but Misty's Seadra is Weak to Team Rocket's Zapdos which has Resistance to Hitmonchan. Did you get all that?

Knock-Out Needle

3 Water for 30 isn't that good maybe unless your playing Raindance (which isn't good cause of all the TR Zapdos running around). So this attack will be a little hard to use. But if you get it set up right, it can be pretty good. It has a 25% of actually working which isn't good to count on.

Combos

If you can get a few Chanseys out to stall and Scoop Up them up when your ready with Knock-Out Needle can be good. This card is very deadly when use correctly. Misty's Seadra + Cerulean Gym = Free Retreat. You throw in Misty and PlusPower, this Pokemon can do alot of damage and be very annoying.

Rating

I would have to give Misty's Seadra a 7.0. If use correctly with several cards this card can be extremly good. But since they are so many Wiggly's and TR Zapdos, he probably won't last that long with 70HP. But 70HP is still a good thing.
