Jungle Set Eevee

Eevee Type: Basic Pokémon Card#: 51/64 Rarity: Common Color: Colorless HP: 50 Weakness: F Resistance: P -30 Retreat: 1 Pkmn#: 133 Species: Evolution Lv: 12 Attack: [C] Tail Wag Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon can't attack Eevee during your opponent's next turn. (Benching either Pokémon ends this effect.) Attack: [2] Quick Attack (10+) Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10d plus 20 more damage; if tails, this attack does 10d.

This is the strongest Eevee. If you don't like to use Pokemon Powers, here is the one for you. It's Stats are ok, nothing great. Same with the moves. This is a pretty cool Eevee and a tough one also.

Tail Wag

Tail Wag is an ok Stall move and is pretty good when you don't have a Double Colorless Energy. Drawback is that you have to flip. Another drawback is that your Opponent can just Retreat and end the effect. Most advanced players play Pokemon with Free Retreat. It is an ok move for it's cost though.

Quick Attack

It would be better if you only had to pay a single Energy to use Quick Attack, but I guess two Colorless is ok. I wouldn't use Eevee to attack alot, but you can if you need the Prize. This Eevee can protect itself if needed.

Stats

The 50HP is good for a Basic like Eevee. The Retreat Cost is normal and I guess the Resistance to Psychic is helpful when fighting off Promo Mewtwos. The Weakness to Fighting really hurts Eevee because of Gligar and other Fighting Haymaker Pokemon (Hitmonchan, Sudowoodo, etc.)

Dosen't work to great with the Promo Eevee, but if you want an offensive deck, you want this Eevee. Eevee works well with Dark Jolteon and Dark Vaporeon pretty well too. Keep some Gyms with him incase of Bellsprout Tower though.

Rating

I guess Jungle Eevee a 4.7. Tail Wag is to easy to get around, Quick Attack is unreliable, and Fighting Weakness is bad.
