Has anyone noticed that Electrice has a good set of Bench attackers? Jungle Electrode, Fossil Zapdos, Jungle Pikachu, Fossil Raichu and the great Dark Raichu! This could be a powerful combination with Scyther, TR Zapdos, and/or Electabuzz.
Surprise Thunder
Dark Raichu's does 30 damage for 3 Lighting which is pretty expensize by itself. But the good thing is you flip a coin. And if you get heads you flip another coin. If thats heads too you do 20 damage to your opponent's Benched Pokemon. If only one heads it does 10 to all of your opponent's Benched Pokemon. But remember, if the first one is tails you don't flip another.
HP and Retreat
Dark Raichu has a pretty average HP of 70. This HP is usually fairly common exculding Fossil Raichu and Base Raichu. Base Raichu has 80HP and Fossil Raichu has 90HP. They all have 1 Colorless to Retreat which is good.
Good Combos
Here is a good combo of Pokemon to attack from all around.
4 Electabuzz's
4 Rocket's Zapdos
4 Promo Pikachu (Movie #1 for Charge)
2 Dark Raichu's
1 Fossil Raichu
When all these guys put together could make a effective combo knocking at Active and Bench. Zapdos and Electabuzz are cheap so you can build your Bench.
Rating
I give Dark Raichu a 6.0. Mainly because I think Fossil is better in some ways and if you flip tails it isn't that good. I don't like flip dependent cards like that.
