Clefaa

Cleffa Type: Baby Pokémon Card #: 20/111 Rarity: Rare Color: Colorless HP: 30 HP Weakness: none Resistance: none Retreat Cost: none Pkmn#: 173 Species: Starshape Level: 6 Evolves into Clefairy. Put Clefairy on the Baby Pokémon. Attack: [1] Eeeeeeek Shuffle your hand into your deck, then draw 7 cards.

My favorite Baby Pokemon by far. It just has so many cool combos I'm going to discuss and also things about Baby Pokemon as well.

Baby Pokemon Rule

The Baby Pokemon Rule that works for all Baby Pokemon is when they are Active and your opponent uses an attack, if tails, that attack fails. Again, this is only when Active, not on the Bench. 50% of an attack failing is pretty annoying cause it gives you a turn to use Eek or Retreat. It helps make up the 30HP.

Eeeeeek

Really werid name, the translations for it was Pipipi (Pi is Japanese for Clefaa). Well anyway, it is a Professor Ulm, but like a attack. You shuffle and draw 7 for a single Energy card making Clefaa really cool. Also, the Baby Rule can keep it alive after using Eek. One of the best attacks that is out there.

Can't Be Used

You cannot use Pokemon Breeder on Clefaa to Clefable. Reason for this is because Pokemon Breeder takes a place of a Stage 1 Pokemon, not a Basic Pokemon like Clefairy. That would of been a cool combo.

Stats

Stats are werid. The 30HP is of course, horrible. But the Baby Rule and No Weakness does help. Also, the Free Retreat and No Resistance could be proven useful.

Combos

This cards best combo is in evolution decks. If you ever get a few cards in your hand you don't want right now, you can just shuffle them back and shuffle more! Also, you can use Lass, then use Eek and get a whole new hand while your opponent has no Trainers! Eek can also help you prevent from decking yourself!

Rating

I would have to give Clefaa a 9.9. It is just really good and is there when you have a terrible hand.
